Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 12 September 2026. These terms apply to online sales to consumers on meublevia.be.

1. Products and availability

Essential characteristics, dimensions, photographs and prices are shown on each product page. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen. Our supplier marks the products offered as available for direct delivery. Stock is checked regularly but may change before final confirmation. If an item is unavailable after ordering, the customer is promptly informed and may choose a replacement product or a full refund.

2. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros including all taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the furniture price. Their amount depends on the items, quantities and delivery address. It is communicated to the customer before final confirmation and payment.

3. Orders

The customer checks the cart contents, address and total cost before confirming. The order becomes final after payment is accepted and Meublévia sends confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud or a previous payment dispute, refunding any amounts already paid.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown when ordering. Payment is due under the terms displayed before confirmation. Products remain the property of Meubles Family SRL until paid in full.

5. Delivery

A carrier delivers to the address provided by the customer, at the entrance of the house or building. The stated time is generally 10 days after confirmation unless otherwise indicated before ordering. The customer must provide an accessible address and accurate contact details. On receipt, they should check the apparent condition and number of packages and promptly report any issue, with photographs where possible. A delay does not remove the consumer’s statutory rights.

6. Right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the day after receipt to notify their decision to withdraw without giving a reason. They may email info@meublevia.be stating their name, address, order reference and order date.

After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days, complete and suitably protected. The consumer bears direct return costs, except in case of a delivery error or lack of conformity. For furniture that cannot be returned by post, costs depend on volume, weight and collection location; an estimate is provided before order confirmation. Refunds are made within 14 days of notification but may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of dispatch is provided. Any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product may be deducted.

7. Statutory warranty

Consumers benefit from the two-year statutory conformity warranty applicable to consumer goods. In case of a defect, contact us with proof of purchase, the product reference, a description and photographs. The consumer’s statutory rights remain fully applicable.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to info@meublevia.be. We aim to respond within 14 days. The consumer may also contact the Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 boîte 1, 1000 Bruxelles.

9. Personal data

Data needed for ordering, delivery and after-sales service is processed according to our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. This clause does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections or access to competent courts provided by law.
